Clarkdale's Old Fashioned 4th of July

Tuesday, July 4, 2023  Clarkdale Town Park, 1001 Main St.

Festivities begin at 7 a.m. and end at 11 a.m, with the annual Kid's Parade starting at 9 a.m. 

Parade Information

• The Kid's Parade will begin at 9 a.m. at Clarkdale-Jerome School and will end at Town Park this year. 
• Registration begins at 8:15 a.m. at Clarkdale-Jerome School, and there is no cost to enter.
• Kids, decorate your bicycles, wagons, and pets to win cash prizes!
• Prizes will be awarded as follows:
  • 5 Gold (blue) winners. 
  • 5 Silver (red) winners.
  • 5 Bronze (white) winners.
• HOW TO WIN! We are looking for patriotic and unique entries! Judges are looking to award BONUS POINTS to entries that reflect Clarkdale's Strategic Goals in creative ways:
  • Honoring Small Town Charm in Clarkdale.
    
  • Honoring Sustainability in Clarkdale.
  • Honoring Clarkdale's history, the Verde River, and local art.

Vendor Information

Vendor spaces are available on a first come, first served basis for a fee of $15. Complete your Vendor Booth application by Tuesday, June 10 at 12 p.m.  Applications may be returned in the following ways:

• Email to: parks.rec@clarkdale.az.gov and call in payment to 928-639-2460 (credit cards fees apply)
• Return in person to the Parks and Recreation Department, 39 N. Ninth St. below the Clark Memorial Library.
• Mail payment and application to Town of Clarkdale, Parks and Recreation, PO Box 308, Clarkdale, AZ, 86324 before the deadline.
