Starting Services

To start water, sewer and trash services, an Application for Water Service (PDF) must be completed. A deposit of $100 and an establishment fee of $50 is required. Payment can be made with cash, check, or debit / credit card. You may click on the "Application for Water Service link and email, or apply in person at our office.


If you have any questions you can stop by our office or call 928-639-2450. Billing payments can be made by check, cash, debit/credit card (in person or over the phone) or online.  Auto-Pay is also available on our billing website.  You can also drop off payments after business hours by using the "Utility Billing Drop Box" located in the parking lot of the Town Hall complex.

There is a 1.5% surcharge for credit and debit cards processed in our office, in person or on the phone.  Our online bill-pay website does not have any fees for single payments or auto-pay, and offers e-bills.

Cancelling Existing Service

To cancel or discontinue all services (water, sewer and trash), please email our Front Desk at, complete our on-line form to Cancel-Discontinue Services, or submit a written notice to our office.  Per Town Code, trash service is mandatory and cannot be discontinued separately from water/sewer service.

New Connections

For new water and/or sewer connections, a Water Service Permit (PDF) and Sewer Connection Permit (PDF) needs to be completed as required, in addition to the Application for Water Service (PDF), and filed with the Public Works Department along with the applicable fees noted in the Town Fee Schedule (PDF).
