Clark Memorial Library
The Yavapai County Free Library District (YCFLD) provides full support services to fifteen branch libraries, most in unincorporated communities. A Special District created by the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, YCFLD was established in 1987.

Clarkdale Historical Society & Museum
The Clarkdale Historical Society and Museum is a non-profit, 501(c)3 corporation established in 2007 and managed by a Board of Directors. Memberships and contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.

Community Development
The Community Development Department deals with planning, permitting, zoning, sustainability, and development issues. Our team works closely with the Planning Commission, Design Review Board, and the Board of Adjustment to answer questions about zoning, permitted uses, conditional use permits, zoning changes, planned area developments, planned unit developments, variances, parking standards, landscaping standards, signage, subdivisions, and other related planning issues.

United Verde Soil Program
The United Verde Soil Program (UVSP) is a soil remediation program being undertaken by Freeport Minerals Corporation (Freeport) to address elevated metals concentrations in soil on properties near the former United Verde Copper Company (United Verde) smelter in Clarkdale, AZ.

Our mission is to collect, treat and monitor our wastewater system in compliance with State and Federal regulatory requirements, providing the Town of Clarkdale sewer users with safe disposal of their domestic waste materials.

The Town of Clarkdale Municipal Water Utility treats and distributes potable water to over 1,800 customers on a daily basis.
